Our Culture
Magic is often the word we call upon when describing the culture at SET Finance and our parent company JM Family. Maybe because our culture is so deeply woven into the fabric of our company that we need a word like “magic” to bring to mind a special, one-of-a-kind workplace experience. That magic began with our founder Jim Moran, and today it’s demonstrated in how we welcome, inspire, thank, teach and listen to our associates. It’s how we celebrate and give back. Our family first focus and the way we support each other. It’s in our reputation and the pride we feel in calling ourselves JM Family associates. It’s the trust placed in each of us to preserve Jim Moran’s legacy and keep JM Family an industry-leading family of companies. Simply put, our magic is what sets us apart and creates our competitive advantage.
Philanthropy
Stronger families and stronger communities. Those are the primary goals of giving back at SET Finance. Like most examples of working with us, giving back to the community started with our founder Jim Moran. And our associates go above and beyond to make a difference in the communities we serve. Associates may request paid time off for volunteering every year. Plus our unique Dollars for Doers program gives associates who volunteer five or more hours annually a donation to the nonprofit(s) of their choice.
Recognition
Our associates are the heart and soul of our business and recognizing them for their hard work and dedication is a fundamental part of our culture. Through multiple awards, appreciation events, bonus and incentive programs and robust benefit package, we take recognition to a whole new level.
Celebrations
A great place to work celebrates more than just your birthday. And at Southeast Toyota Finance, we love to party. That includes work anniversaries, individual and team successes, appreciation lunches and trips, all-expense-paid weekends to celebrate milestone anniversaries and companywide gatherings.
